Shemar Moore confirmed on Tuesday that he and girlfriend Jesiree Dizon have welcomed a baby girl.
The 52-year-old actor – best known for shows such as SWAT, Criminal Minds and The Young and the Restless – said on Instagram: “Ya boy is officially a daddy!!! Dreams come true!! The rest of my life is here!’
A rep for the veteran actor, who battled the coronavirus in 2020, confirmed news of the baby’s birth to People earlier Tuesday.

“Shemar Moore and his girlfriend, Jesiree Dizon, are thrilled to announce the birth of their baby girl,” the rep said. “The family is very happy and healthy.”
Moore and his wife received words of support from other actors such as SWAT’s David Lim, Nut Devahastin and Bill Bellamy.
Earlier this month, Moore revealed on The Jennifer Hudson Show that he “is about to be a dad” and has started to worry “that ship has sailed” of being a parent. He said the due date was around the third anniversary of his mother’s death on February 8, 2020.
He said: “On February 8, I’m going to make one of his dreams come true because in real life Shemar Moore is about to be a dad,” prompting the audience to cheer.
