Fans are convinced Garcelle Beauvais is the latest ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ cast member to cover up Lisa Rinna’s departure from the hit show.
The fan favorite, 56, posted a video to Instagram on Friday showing off her new red hairdo and chose Elton John’s song “I’m Still Standing” to perform on it.
“New year new me! #stillstanding #newlook #newvibe,” Beauvais cheekily captioned the clip.
“We know who is NOT up yet 😍😂,” a fan wrote in response to the post.
“The subtle nuance with the song is all that @garcelle has owned you, so it’s [sic] why you still own that diamond💎💎💎🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽,” someone else added.
“Yes, sis, you’re still up, but guess who isn’t?” Oof I guess she is so mad…😂😂,” another person wrote.
“It’s the ‘witch is dead’ vibe 🔥🔥🔥🔥 RIP @lisarinna ba bye ✌🏽,” someone added.
“I can’t help but think the song choice is a little dig for a certain costar who just got fired 😂,” another user simply said.
Beauvais may not have meant anything by the song choice, but fans couldn’t help but point out that she did it just a day after Rinna, 59, announced her release of “RHOBH”.
The two women had a 20-year recurring friendship and didn’t always get along while filming their Bravo series.
Beauvais and Rinna were at odds when the “Jamie Foxx Show” alum defended Denise Richards during the argument over her alleged affair with “RHOBH” alum Brandi Glanville in Season 10. However, Rinna wanted to call their pal.
The ‘Coming 2 America’ star and the ‘Days of Our Lives’ alum finally mended their friendship, but were at odds again when Rinna revealed she threw away a copy of Beauvais’ memoir at the trash can.
“RHOBH” fans seemed to overwhelmingly side with Beauvais, with many calling for Rinna’s firing.
On Thursday, People reported that Bravo and Rinna had come to a “mutual” decision to no longer work together.
“This is the longest job I’ve had in my 35-year career and I’m grateful to everyone at Bravo and everyone involved with the show,” the mother-of-two told the point. of sale.
Rinna’s departure drew mixed reactions from “RHOBH” viewers and her former co-stars.
Former “RHOBH” Lisa Vanderpump was the first to subtly shade her former friend when she tweeted, “Ding dong,” shortly after Rinna’s announcement.
However, current actor Kyle Richards, who is friends with Rinna, applauded Vanderpump, 62, and “liked” a tweet that called out the restaurateur.
Bravo has not released any further information on season 13.
